Order, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All our products are made fresh only after we receive your order.

Due to the nature of our preparation process, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds.

Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Preparation & Shipping Timeline
We begin preparing your order as soon as it is placed. Some products require traditional methods such as soaking, sprouting, or slow roasting, which can take 4–5 days.

As we do not stock any products, shipping may take 7–10 days, depending on your location.

Certain items may take longer (up to 12 days) to reach you. Rest assured, you're receiving something that’s freshly made, just like we would for our own family.
